The Dartmouth Whalers Minor Hockey Association (DWMHA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday June 9, 2024 at 6pm. Meeting will take place in the multi-purpose room at the RBC Centre, 259 Commodore Drive, Dartmouth. Agenda details will be released closer to the meeting date.
2024 is an election for the following positions:
(1) Secretary
(2) Treasurer
(3) Director of Communications
(4) Director of Risk Management and Discipline
(5) Director of Competitive Hockey
(6) Director of U7 & U9
If you are interested in one of the above positions, please submit a nomination form.
Important: All nominations for Board candidates must be in 21 days prior to the AGM. All interested candidates have until SUNDAY MAY 19, 2024 at 6pm to send your completed nomination forms to nominations@whalers.org. 14 days prior to the AGM, a qualified list will be presented to the membership.
