Name Bars Instructions

Email Submission: Team managers can email their name bar lists to Pro Hockey Life at phl2031mgr@prohockeylife.ca. Please ensure that the names are typed in ALL CAPS; do not send screenshots.

Pricing & Turnaround:

• Cost: $10 + tax per name bar
• Turnaround Time: Approximately 2 weeks

Jersey Information: For teams with new jerseys, please note that both name bars (home and away) will be Navy with Sport Gold font.

Captain Letters:

• Captain letters are currently in stock, priced at $2 per letter.
• One set in Navy and one set in Gold.
