How to view players registration balance in HCR 3.0

With the deadline of November 30th for full payment of registration, there have been a lot of questions regarding players balance owing or questions regarding payments made/ charged to credit cards and payments remaining.  This can be viewed by parents by logging back into the system at the below website link and the "HOW TO" document posted below
