Good Morning Whalers U11, U13 and U15 parents,

Does your player want to tryout this season? Did you register them for tryouts? Are you sure you registered them, or do you think you registered them? Now is your absolute last chance to make sure that you did and that your player gets to tryout.

To make sure, do one of two things, (Please note it's best to do this on a computer and not a mobile phone)

1. search your inbox for an email from Hockey Canada <no-reply-hcr@hockeycanada.ca and the subject line should be Invoice (#2023_______). Open the email and Tryouts should be a separate line item in the amount of $100 or for U13 AAA $200

2. Log into Hockey Canada at https://myaccount.spordle.com/login. On the left hand side, click on purchases, and then click on the line items where it says Registration under Type and that have a blue Invoice # starting with 2023 and a 2023 date, a screen to the right will pop up and then scroll down on the right hand panel, it will show registration and at the very bottom will show any other fees, being Conditioning and / or tryouts. If tryouts is not listed, they are not registered.

If you missed registering your player, please contact Beth MacMullin at registrar@whalers.org with the players name, the level, and what tryouts to add them to, U11 AA, U13 AAA, U13 AA, U15 AA, or U15 B. You must email Beth NO LATER THAN 9:00pm on Wednesday September 6th. Please go and double check your invoice now as this is your very last chance of making any corrections if you missed it by accident. If your player is not on the list by 9:00pm tomorrow night, they will be allocated to Recreation.
