2024-2025 Manager Meetings
Our Manager Coordinator, Erin Walker, will be leading this session. If you cannot make it, it would be beneficial for a team rep to attend.
U9 Managers
Date: Monday November 4, 2024
Time: 6:30PM-8:00PM
Place: RBC Centre Multi-Purpose Room

- 2 Deep volunteers must have the following certifications
- Criminal Records check (No charge - With vulnerable sectors check VSC)
- Respect in Sport ($30 Online - not the parent edition)
- Safe return to Hockey (No Charge - Online - Hockey University)
- All 2 deep personnel must be rostered on the team roster through the HCR
- 2 deep personnel or safety representative will NOT be charged the $59.30 by the Whalers or HNS
- Although it is preferred, it is NOT mandatory to have 2 persons of the same sex for the 2 deep rule (this applies to all levels).
- For persons requiring their own dressing room
(female or other identifying gender on a predominately male identifying team, a 2nd dressing room should be secured (RBC has stated they will have a dressing room, just ask front desk staff). If there is only one person in this room then one person can wait outside the room ensuring no one enters. Should someone require assistance there must be 2 deep certified persons attend.
