2024 - 2025 Fees

*Age - must be the age or under on Dec 31st 

·  PLEASE NOTE:

·      -   Registration Fees for the 2024-2025 season, WILL NOT be increasing this season

·      -  Conditioning Fees WILL NOT be increasing this season

·      -  Tryout Fees WILL BE INCREASING $25.00 this season

       -    Rep Team fees WILL NOT be increasing this season 

Important Registration Cutoff Dates to note

• August 31st - Conditioning cut off for U9 to U18
• August 31st - Early registration Cut off  (U11 to U18 ONLY fees Increase $50 September 1st )
• August 31st – Tryout registration Cut off  (U11 to U18 Only)
• October 30th - deadline for U11 to U18 registration (if not already full)
• November 30th - deadline for U7 and U9 registration (if not already full)

Information about Registration and Other Fees

·         Registration Fee is mandatory for all players from U7 through to U23

·         Early Registration Cut off for U11 to U18 is August 31st, 2024, as of September 1st, registration fee for U11 to U18 will increase to $905.  There is no early / late registration fee for U7 & U9

·         Conditioning for U9 to U18 and Tryouts for U11 to U18 are optional fees if player decides to participate.  (**PLEASE NOTE*** Conditioning sessions start the week of August 26th )

·         U18 PLEASE NOTE Tryout fee is not required to be paid at time of registration if paying by Etransfer, if paying by credit card, it will be charged. Once we are able to confirm if we have enough players to host a U18 Competitive team, we will require payment.  If we are unable to host a U18 Competitive team this year, any fees paid for tryouts will either be fully refunded or applied to balance owing.

·         U11 to U18 Rep Fees will be invoiced in addition to registation fees to each player in October once they are successful in making a competitive team and deadline for it to be paid in full will be Dec 1st.

·         U15 & U18 Players PLEASE NOTE a certified checking camp is mandatory for all players, please note a checking camp only needs to be taken once and must be listed on players profile as having taken it.  Participation in spring hockey where body checking is permitted does not qualify a player to participate in tryouts with body checking.

·         Any player with outstanding registration fees from a previous season is considered a “Member Not in Good Standing”.  As such, registration for the 2023-24 hockey season will be blocked by the Hockey Canada system until payment of outstanding fees is received in full.

·         **Multiple Player discount $75 discount for each player if three or more players are registered with Dartmouth Whalers on one invoice. Players must be on one invoice registered at the same time to receive the discount.   **Please note the online registration system can only apply a discount to the third player so a total credit of $225 (3 X $75) will be applied to the third player registered, rather than $75 to each player

·         **Credits- If your player has credits from the 2023-2024 season for 50/ 50 Draw or Goalie Credit, they have now been entered in the system and should show when registering your player, if they do not, please DO NOT CONTINUE TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYER, please contact registrar@whalers.org before you submit your player’s registration
