Attached is the 2009 - 2010 HNS / Atlantic Code of Disipline. Over the last part of the 2008-2009 season, the Atlantic provinces met and agreed on a Code of Discipline that is now the same for all provinces.  There was little change to what HNS had already, but one major change is as follows:

 

NEW: Checking from Behind, Minor penalty - First offence is now a 2 game suspension (3 games if penalty assessed in last 10 minutes)
