Fundraising Social Event in support of the Shreenan Family - Saturday, June 19th at Mic Mac AAC

A fundraising event is being held June 19, 2010 at the Mic Mac AAC Club for the family of Erin Shreenan. Erin has recently been given the diagnosis of terminal cancer. Her 3 boys all play hockey with the Whalers. This evening is a live auction with Graham Owen as auctioneer, a silent auction and a dance is being planned. The event is a collaborative effort from parents of the Crusader Swim Club, MicMac AAC Club and the Dartmouth Whalers Pee Wee B Hockey team. Mic Mac AAC Club has donated the club for the evening. 

Please see attached the invite for the evening, as we would like to see you there. As well, attached is a donation letter to solicit the business community for auction items or monetary donations, and a form to be passed in with collected donations to Eastern Turf in Burnside (140 Ilsley Ave). All donations collected are greatly appreciated. In addition, there are numerous jobs to be done for a fun successful evening. If you can volunteer an hour or two, please email your volunteer schedule form to Jo-Ann Spillett.
